If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned, in order to be exchanged for another colour or refunded, within 14 days of the date of shipment.
Return Instructions
To authorise a return, please email info@salce197.com within 14 days of receipt of the order, specifying the codes of the items to be returned and the compensation required:
- Colour change
- Refund
Upon receiving the return request, Cafiero S.r.l. will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.).
Items should be returned using the courier specified in the email sent by Cafiero S.r.l. The Return Authorisation Number must be written on the waybill, which should be filled in as specified in the authorisation email sent by the Cafiero S.r.l. Returns department.
The return shipment is FREE OF CHARGE.
Customers can choose between 2 types of compensation:
- Item exchange: items can only be replaced by another identical item of a different colour, if available. It is not possible to exchange an item with a different model. Only one free exchange is permitted for each authorised return.
- Refund: refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been received, checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to Customers after approximately 14 days, and will in any case be stated on the next credit card statement.
This timing may vary slightly depending on the banking network of the credit card used.
For orders paid using PayPal, the amount will be refunded on the original account.
Items should be returned to the Cafiero S.r.l. headquarters within 14 days of the Customer receiving the Returns department’s written authorisation.
Terms and Conditions
Returned items must not show signs of use. All items should be returned in their original box, which for all intents and purposes is considered an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
In the event of the Customer receiving defective goods or in the event of shipment errors made by salce197.com, please follow the same instructions outlined above.
Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of defective goods and bearing the cost of returning the items to its premises.
Cafiero S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorised or have been shipped by couriers other than the one specified in the email providing the return instructions. Acceptance of such returns will in any case be subject to a fee equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Cafiero S.r.l. shall not accept returned goods if the method of return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the returns policy. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the address of the original shipment.
